Esther Kaijim

With a background in contemporary dance, Esther Kaijim developed a deep appreciation for the body's remarkable capacity for both movement and healing. Her own experiences with injury, chronic illness, and the search for lasting wellbeing inspired her to explore traditional healing practices and therapeutic modalities across Asia, South America, and Europe. That journey ultimately led her to Kambô—a traditional Amazonian medicine that profoundly transformed her own life and inspired her to dedicate herself fully to its practice and teaching. Over the past decade, Esther has continued to deepen her knowledge by studying with respected teachers, Indigenous traditions, and complementary healing modalities, including Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, yoga, and movement. These diverse experiences have shaped the holistic and intuitive approach that underpins all of her work today. As a certified IAKP Master Kambô Practitioner and Teacher, Esther has served clients and trained practitioners throughout Europe, Peru and Asia. She is known for her compassionate presence, strong emphasis on safety and ethics, and her ability to create deeply supportive spaces where genuine transformation can unfold. Whether guiding a Kambô ceremony, facilitating a practitioner training, or offering therapeutic bodywork, Esther's intention remains the same: to help people reconnect with their own innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal, while honouring the unique journey of every individual she meets.

Esther's Mission

My mission is to create safe, compassionate, and transformative spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, discover their inner resilience, and experience the profound wisdom of Kambô and traditional healing practices.

Whether I’m guiding a Kambô ceremony, offering therapeutic bodywork, or training the next generation of practitioners, my intention is always the same: to support each individual with presence, integrity, and genuine care while honouring their unique journey.

As a certified IAKP Master Practitioner and Teacher, I am deeply committed to preserving the highest standards of Kambô practice. Through my immersive two-week practitioner trainings, I guide students far beyond learning techniques. Together we cultivate confidence, intuition, ethical practice, and the art of holding space—helping practitioners develop the knowledge, discernment, and presence needed to serve this medicine safely and responsibly.

I believe that Kambô is more than a treatment; it is an opportunity for profound personal transformation. It is a privilege to witness people reconnect with their own strength, wisdom, and capacity to heal, and to help carry this sacred tradition forward with respect, authenticity, and integrity.

A Transformative Journey Through Kambo

Esther’s journey with Kambô began over 10 years ago during a period of personal health challenges that led her to explore traditional healing practices in search of a deeper path to wellbeing. Discovering Kambô marked a profound turning point in her life, inspiring her to dedicate herself to the study, practice, and responsible sharing of this remarkable Amazonian medicine.

Committed to continual learning and service, Esther completed her training through the International Association of Kambô Practitioners (IAKP), progressing from Practitioner to Master Practitioner and certified Teacher. Since then, she has guided ceremonies and trained practitioners throughout Europe, Peru, and Asia, while continuing to deepen her knowledge through traditional teachings and complementary therapeutic modalities.

Esther’s approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply individualised. She believes that meaningful transformation begins with creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel supported, respected, and truly seen. Combining traditional wisdom with modern understanding, she works with each person as a whole—honouring the connection between body, emotions, energy, and mind.

Whether working with clients or mentoring future practitioners, Esther is passionate about helping people reconnect with their own resilience, inner wisdom, and natural capacity for healing. Her work is grounded in presence, integrity, and a deep respect for both the medicine and the unique journey of every individual.
