Location: Close to Nauta, Perú
Dates: May 3 to May 14 2027
Guide: Female Shipibo Maestra

Join this transformative 11-day journey in the heart of the Amazon jungle, guided by extraordinary female Maestras. This retreat combines Ayahuasca ceremonies and master plant dietas to support deep physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Surrounded by the Amazon’s vibrant biodiversity, you’ll experience authentic plant medicine practices passed down through generations.

Why Choose a Plant Dieta in the Jungle?

A plant dieta in the Amazon offers a profound connection to plant medicine and a deeper understanding of oneself. Guided by shamans, participants work with plants like Ayahuasca, Chacruna, and Bobinsana, renowned for their unique healing properties. The dieta requires a strict diet and intentional solitude, allowing for increased sensitivity to plant energies and fostering growth through introspection.

What to Expect:

  • Isolation and Silence: Experience solitude in a beautiful shared tambo (hut), with minimal interactions to enhance inner connection.
  • Ceremonial Practices: Rituals like flower and plant baths, along with energetic massages from Maestra Matilde, facilitate a deep connection to the healing power of the plants.
  • Self-Discovery: This intense journey invites self-responsibility, as you will engage in deep introspection without the typical distractions of daily life.

Who is our Maestra

Maestra Ynes is a mother of seven children, four of whom are now Onanya healers, and form the main team of Maestros here at Niwe Rao Xobo. She is originally from the native community of Roaboya, next to the Ucayali River, Pucallpa. Her family carries generations of ancestral healing knowledge, guided by Maestra Ynes. Her daughters are equally powerful female healers, bringing gentle, nurturing energy to the ceremonies through sensitivity, compassion, and warmth.

Retreat Highlights

  • 4 Ayahuasca Ceremonies: Guided by a female Maestra in traditional settings.
  • Master Plant Dieta: Personalized plants chosen based on each participant’s needs after the first ceremony.
  • Plant Baths and Energetic Massages: Performed as needed to support the healing process.
